WEDNESDAY PRAYER GATHERING: In place of the weekly Wednesday Mass in the Chapel of the Advocate, Father Wayne Negrete, S.J. will be offering a Wednesday Prayer Gathering. The gatherings will start at 12:05 p.m. and hopefully end by 12: 20 p.m. They will include:
listening to the assigned scripture readings of the day
pausing for a moment of silence
an opportunity to share one word or affective reaction (no preaching, teaching, etc.)
an opportunity to share prayer needs and intentions
the Lord’s Prayer
Since this is an experiment, we will evaluate our experience and make adjustments.
