Voting in California Nov. 3 is Election Day in the United States. Cast your vote in the 2020 General Election.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all active registered voters in the State of California will receive their ballot by mail for the 2020 General Election.
You don’t need to wait until Election Day to vote. As soon as you receive your ballot, make your voting decisions, seal your completed ballot inside your postage paid return envelope, sign it, date it, and return it by mail promptly so it is received before Election Day. Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day, Nov. 3 and received by the Registrar’s office no later than Nov. 20 to be counted.
Before mailing or turning in your ballot, please ensure that you sign and date your mail ballot return envelope. Your signature is required for your ballot to count!
