On Saturday, March 1, former Hilltop Senior High School standout Alexa Zumstein’s current college team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros.

The game took place at Toro Diamond. This was their fourth matchup against the Toros this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 12:05 p.m. at Pioneer Softball Field against Dominican Penguins.
