On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Mater Dei Catholic High School standout Elijah Cook’s current college team, the Azusa Pacific Cougars, lost 9-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters.

The game took place at Cougar Baseball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Otters this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Cougar Baseball Complex against Chaminade Silverswords.
