On Monday, March 3, former Otay Ranch Senior High School standout Octavio Mendivil’s current college team, the Ouachita Baptist Tigers, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys.

The game took place at Baswell FIeld. This was their first matchup against the Wonder Boys this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at Walker Stadium at Goodheart Field against Southern Arkansas Muleriders.
