On Friday, Feb. 14, former Bonita Vista High School standout Makayla Veglia’s current college team, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Presbyterian Blue Hose.

The game took place at PC Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Blue Hose this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4:30 p.m. at PC Softball Complex against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
