The Exchange Buddy Program is designed to pair an SDSU students with new international exchange students. You can imagine what it might be like, and how nerve-wracking it is, to be a new student at a school and not know how the system works, what the school environment and culture are, or know anyone. With your help and participation you can alleviate some of the challenges our international exchange students experience, while expanding your network of friends, colleagues, and international connections.
You are a great resources to help exchange students get quickly connected to the SDSU community, especially through this virtual setting!
The Buddy Program will have one required virtual event per month in order for all participants to interact and get to know each other. However, we highly encourage our participants to connect with their buddy virtually - Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Zoom, and any other medium that is available to you. We will provide more information and support for selected candidates.
Priority Deadline: Friday, January 4th
Please note limited spots are available for Study Abroad Returnees; we will select candidates based on your answers below.
